“Golden Milk” Turmeric Smoothie:
- 1 Banana
- 1 Cup Frozen Mango
- ¾ Cup Plain Kefir
- ½ – 1 tsp Turmeric
Pulse all of the ingredients in a blender until smooth. Enjoy!
Cinnamon Turmeric Smoothie:
- 20 oz Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
- 2 Frozen Bananas (sliced)
- 4 Pitted Dates
- 2 tsp Cinnamon
- 2 tsp Turmeric
Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. This one makes two servings, so share with someone you love! Sprinkle cinnamon over the top if you’d like.
Berry Turmeric Smoothie:
- ¾ Cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
- 2 Cups Baby Spinach
- ½ Cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 3 Tbsp Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats
- 1 ½ Cups Frozen Mixed Berries
- ½ tsp Turmeric
- ¼ tsp Ground Ginger
- 2-3 tsp Honey
Blend all the ingredients in a blender in the order of the list above. Drink and enjoy right away!
